This is a basic course on customer service, you do not need any experience to join us!

On completion of this course you will able to

1. To define what customer service is. 

2. To explain why customer service is important.

3. To understand how customer expectations can be met and exceeded.

4. To understand basic customer service skills.

5.  To understand complaint handling procedure.

Entry Requirements:

There are no entry requirements for this course.

What could this course lead to:

Level 1 courses such as Investigating Enterprise.

Roles in customer service in a variety of environments.

Funding Support:

You may be eligible to study for free if you are unemployed, on certain benefits, or earn £17,374.50 a year or less.  We can confirm when you apply or contact our Student Support Services team to learn more.
