Course Description:

Our jobs and places of work have changed dramatically in recent months.  Do you want to help create a fairer workplace for yourself and your colleagues?


During this course you will learn about the roles and responsibilities of an employer in terms of employment rights, and an employee in terms of employment rights.


You will also discover how fairness is challenged.


This will be delivered using different group and individual tasks creating a dynamic, interactive and group-led course.



Entry requirements:

No formal qualifications are required.
