Course Description:

This course is about how becoming active in your community can enhance your wellbeing.

 

You will work with others in the group to discuss what a community is and why they are important to us. You will also look at how being part of a community can increase levels of confidence and motivation in people and how this can increase aspirations.

 

This course is a great starting point for anyone who wants to discover how being part of a community can help them or as a starting point for helping others.

  

Entry requirements:

No formal qualifications are required.
