Interpersonal Skills - the ability to communicate or interact well with other people.
On this course you will learn about of a range of interpersonal skills, how they’re used and how these skills can help you to work effectively with others.
The objectives of this qualification are to:
introduce interpersonal skills for use in work or personal relationships
raise awareness of how interpersonal skills are used and how they can enhance relationships
give an understanding of the ethical use of interpersonal skills
increase self-awareness and aid personal development
show an understanding of and develop interpersonal skills.
This course includes three x two days residential.
No formal qualifications are required. However, we do recommend you access one of our Introduction or Exploring entry level courses before you access this course if you have been out of education for some time.
