This new course will support you to explore the skills that are required to become an effective team leader as either a voluntary or paid role within your community.
Using a range of activities you will:
explore your personal development areas
develop your personal and time management skills
explore the theory of how to motivate people to achieve positive results.
This course will support you to lead small teams, you will also create an action plan for further learning or to access a voluntary or paid role.
The course can also provide professional development for new and existing volunteers and anyone in related community sector employment such as community development workers.
No formal qualifications are required.
