Introduction to Leadership and Team Skills
The aim of this course is to provide a basic understanding of what leadership is and what skills are required when working in a team.
You spend time looking at what teams are and what makes them work (or not).
You will do this in a practical way using group work and team tasks to make your learning enjoyable and engaging.
This will lead to a discussion around how teams are formed using Tuckman’s theory.
Fiinally, you will discover how leadership works in teams, what it actually is and what different leadership styles there are.
