This course will explore a range of interpersonal skills, how you can use them and how they will help you to work more effectively with others.
You will leave the course with an understanding of the ethical use of interpersonal skills and a greater self-awareness of how to communicate more effectively.
How will the course be delivered?
The course will be delivered on a residential basis, on campus.The course will include a blend of classroom based activities and some individual work alone.
Northern College starts where you are, building on your life skills and experience. You don’t need a formal qualification to begin your studies with us.

To continue your journey, you may wish to consider progressing onto the Level 2 Award in Community Organising or the Level 2 Award in Learning Support Practitioners.
