Do you lack confidence when trying to communicate at work or in social situations?
This course will teach you how to communicate confidently and listen effectively in a supportive and focused atmosphere with other like-minded adults.
At first, you will research a topic of your choice using a computer and learn how to produce written notes and visual aids about it.
You will then be given the opportunity to learn how to project your voice confidently whilst giving a short talk to the group.
You’ll also learn how to lead a small discussion group and how to listen without judgement to the differing views of others whilst sharing your own opinions.
This course will give you renewed confidence in your communication skills, where your voice will be heard in any situation.
