This course will help you explore the strengths and challenges of your relationship with your teenager or pre-teenager.
You’ll identify areas for change and become familiar with some tried and tested strategies for dealing effectively with stress (yours and theirs!), risky behaviours, attitude and some of the challenges of social media.
How will the course be delivered?
The course will be delivered on a residential basis, over two days and one night.The course will include a blend of classroom based activities and some individual work alone.
Northern College starts where you are, building on your life skills and experience. You don’t need a formal qualification to begin your studies with us.
I certainly found it useful engaging with other parents and sharing experiences, as well as learning from others.
