On this course, you will learn how to recognise mental health difficulties and gain a knowledge of how to provide initial support and refer to professional services. You will leave the course feeling empowered to build and support a positive mental health culture. This course provides professional development for anyone who are works with others.
How will the course be delivered?
The course will be delivered on a residential basis, over two days and one night. The course will include a blend of class room based activities and some individual work alone.
Northern College starts where you are, building on your life skills and experience. You don’t need a formal qualification to begin your studies with us.
